If it happens naturally in game, then yes.

Go for it, if you don't mind kicks to the face.

I'm extremely lenient on this, so long as we come to a scenario we both feel is reflective of the characters' strength and abilities.

Interacting with Sanji:
Sanji is a womanizer. He loves ladies and will flirt with the majority. He also will not hit them under any circumstances. For guys, he's much more crass and blunt, sometimes pushes the boundaries of rudeness when he's in a bad mood.

In the world of One Piece, Haki is essentially the use of a sixth sense that focuses on a person's aura/soul/spiritual energy, and can be expressed in three different ways - sensing energy (Observation), using your own life force in battle (Armament), or overpowering someone's willpower with your own (King's Haki). Of the three, Sanji is able to use Observation and Armament.
Observation Haki can be a bit of a cheat, however. Broken down, a user of this skill can:

- sense the presence of others, even if they can't be physically seen. Sanji's range, when concentrating, is about a quarter of a mile.
- gauge the strength of a person's aura/soul (think power levels or HP)
- sense the emotions of a person - only applicable if Sanji knows the person well or they're experiencing a lot of emotion at one time. Otherwise he has to be purposefully concentrating.
- predict an opponent's moves before they happen
