I worked in a restaurant back in Gotham - they had me making salads and waiting tables. [So she's not completely lacking in experience.]

I guess I could do more cooking if necessary, though. [... Basically, what she's getting at is that she's flexible. Whatever needs to be done, she can probably handle.]

[Yes, it really is that simple. Sanji's standing on five servers right now, one of which who can't always remember where to place the drinks, and even in a small town like Luceti, it's not fair or wise to dump them with too many hours.

He nods to the side, indicating she should follow when he starts walking] Since you've served before, I don't need to insult your intelligence. [It's not a hard job] I'll give you the grand tour instead.
