This week officially sucks. Sanji has been hitting the vodka with extreme prejudice since Wednesday, but he swears he needs it more than ever now, holed up in the kitchen with a wine glass and a blank expression as he stares at nothing.

He's not drunk. Oh no, if only he were so lucky. But he can't bring himself to cook, not with his chest and side hurting, both for completely different reasons.]

If they keep getting their asses kicked knowing that this place is a mess, then we deserve to get drunk for dealing with that.

... Best I can guess is they thought it'd be easy.

He was well-liked in part because he put himself out there, tried to be friends with everyone.

That kind of kindness can be easy to exploit.

It doesn't matter if he was an "easy" target, Natsuo deserved better than to have a chandelier dropped on him. Who the fuck does that after stabbing someone?

But honestly? Sanji glowers too -- not at Veronica, of course, but down into his own glass. He can logic Natsuo being killed, but the chandelier? Overkill]
