[So if Reyna at any point goes to the armory, even on a whim, she'll get to catch quite a sight.
It's the shit chef! Outside his kitchen! Also lacking his usual jacket. Except he's not cheerful or smiling like he normally would be, instead balanced on his hands and doing full push-ups, using his entire body as sufficient weight.
Turns out a touch of death got the point across -- he's training, eyes narrowed with effort. It's time to take this castle more seriously.]

reyna can't say she's altogether surprised, because she was headed to the armory to find something in decent enough condition to practice with, herself. when in turmoil - just spar, it's fine.
